Who am I?
My name is Kevon White. By day, I'm in B2B sales, closing deals, hitting numbers, doing the corporate thing. But that's never been the whole story of who I am.
I'm a father first. My son, Elias, is the reason a lot of this exists. I'm also someone who spent a long time chasing achievement to outrun a belief I didn't even know I was carrying... that I was unlovable. Every promotion, every goal hit, every "win" was really me trying to prove something to a version of myself that didn't believe it deserved good things.
It took me years to realize the achievements weren't the problem. The belief underneath them was. And once I started dismantling that belief instead of just outperforming it, everything changed. How I show up for my son, how I lead, how I see myself.
I'm also a man of faith. Scripture isn't a side note in my life... it's the framework I rebuilt on. And I'm the founder of Grind Solo LLC, a personal development brand built in Richmond Virginia, out of Grind Solo LLC.
Why did you build Grind Solo?
Grind Solo didn't start as a business plan. It started as survival.
I built it because I know what it feels like to grind alone, carrying weight nobody else can see, performing "fine" while quietly falling apart on the inside. I built it because I refuse to let my son inherit the same unspoken belief that he has to earn his worth. That's actually where The Superpower Nobody Can Steal came from. A children's book Elias and I created together, because the lesson I most needed as a kid is one I'm determined to hand him early: your value was never up for debate.
Grind Solo exists to tell people what I had to learn the hard way.. that you are a superhero who forgot their power. Not someone who needs to become significant. Someone who already is, and just needs to remember it.
Everything I'm building under this brand — the URS program, the content, the community. It all comes back to that one core belief: You Are Significant. Always were.
Why should someone trust you?
Because I'm not teaching from a stage I've never stood on.
I've been in the pit. I've done the achievement-chasing, the numb performing, the "I'm good" when I wasn't. I didn't read about rebuilding. I did it, in real time, while still showing up to a full-time sales career and raising my son. What I share isn't theory pulled from someone else's framework. It's lived, tested, and still being lived.
I'm also not asking anyone to do something I'm not willing to do myself. Right now that means public accountability — documenting my own 90-day personal development challenge, my fitness benchmarks, my faith walk, in the open, where anyone can see if I'm actually walking it out. If I'm going to build a community around carrying weight together.. literally, through things like the dead weight walk. I have to be willing to carry mine in front of you first.
I'm not perfect, and I'm not finished. But I'm honest about the process, I'm consistent about showing up, and I built Grind Solo because I needed it to exist.. for me, and for my son. If that's the kind of person you want walking alongside you, I'm here.
You Are Significant. Always were.
