Service Description

The Team Grind Program is a synergistic approach to attack your workout program. There is power is unity and sometime we feel more comfortable going through a journey with our peers. Some of us have been alone for so long its good to have companions that are pushing through the same trials. Coach K realizes this journey is truly inside out and that is the way we approach your solution. This is a complete lifestyle and mindset change! Completely online and done in your own time. The program combines videos, and a special Grind Solo Training app which includes your monthly workout plans and meal guidelines. Each month you will receive an email notification and a notification within the Grind Solo Training App. There will also be a membership area and app to communicate with others in the group. The workouts will range from beginner to advanced levels. Movement is all about where you are and challenging yourself to be better. Find your pace in whatever movement is being done and execute. The game is understand and mastering your body. In order to do so you must move through the levels accordingly. As always I'm here to empower and help!
